Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.
Orders totaling $49 or more:
Standard shipping is free at MyFavoritePetShop.com when you select qualified merchandise totaling $49 or more. Free standard ground shipping is only available to the contiguous United States – the 48 states on the continent of North America, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
Orders under $49
If your order is under $49, at the checkout page, our shipping system will automatically select the lowest priced shipping method.
Oversized or heavy items are set at three different fixed postage levels according to the weight and shipping destination. You’ll find these oversized or heavy items’ shipping fees noted on the product detail page. Primarily, oversize items include products like Litter Boxes, Scratchers, Crates, Carriers and Pens.

• All ground orders shipped from our CA warehouse arrive within 4-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.
• Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.
• Most orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday).
• Some small items are shipped directly from overseas warehouses. These items will be shipped in separate from any other packages in your order. The delivery times for these overseas items will be a little longer, usually within 7-10 days.

Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly to avoid delivery delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, which includes your order tracking number. Within 48 hours after receiving the email, you will be able to track the status of your shipment online using your order tracking number and the tracking link included in the email.
