How to set up this crate:
1. Remove crate from packaging. Release the side clips used to keep crate in the folded position. Unzip top door opening. Press down bottom bars to click into locked position.
2. Remove and discard rubber bands and Styrofoam form top bars. Stand to one side of the crate and grasp the 2-piece top bar with both hands. Gradually pull the 2 bars upward so that they join each other. Be careful not to pinch your hand at the connection point. Slide the closure sleeve over the connection until it’s fully extended and frame is rigid. Repeat the same process for the other side.
3. To collapse crate for storage or travel: unzip top door opening. Press in one of the center release buttons located on each bottom bar and pull up. Repeat on other side. Slide one of the top bar closure until connection is exposed and let bars drop. Repeat on other side. Push front and back of crate together and secure with side clips.

Advice:
Your new crate includes two important features designed for your pet's safety. When your pet is in its crate with the door closed, always lock the door with the door lock clip. When your pet is allowed to use the crate with door open, always roll the mesh door up and secure with the fastening strips.
